You've either built enough trust with your customer, so that what's on the other side is exactly what you said would be, and they click
Or
You get the "ehhh I'll do this later" and they move on
So if you're not getting the clicks you're expecting, take a step back and look how you're building trust with them. (psst. trust will lead to more action)
Get in their shoes. Why should they even click in the first place?
The answer to that question is where you begin to build the trust you need/want.
