This goes without saying, but I’ll rant a bit anyways.
Life becomes so much more simple (simple, not easy) when you set the right expectations.
Don’t over promise. You will always lose.
Communicate with clarity AND detail.
Be honest about what the deliverable outcome can be…not what it should, could, or would be.
You can always over delivery from there (I mean who doesn’t love a surprise drink of the house!).
Expectations. Set them right the first time.
